Formed in 2011 by Bryan Jenkins, JPS Services is a specialist construction and interior fit-out contractor with a second division delivering flat roofing and structural waterproofing.
Extensive experience in retail, offices, restaurants, bars, healthcare and education.
JPS Services is a specialist construction and interior fit-out contractor. We work for some of the high street's most respected retailers and restaurateurs, and for the design consultancies and project managers who appoint on their behalf.
What most of our work has in common is that the building stays open. Live retail environments, occupied head offices, trading shopping centres and members' clubs with a diary already booked. That constraint shapes how we programme, how we sequence, and how much we manufacture off site before anyone arrives.

2011
JPS Services is formed
Bryan Jenkins founded JPS Services to continue, under his own name, the reputation he had built for other companies. Several of the client relationships came with him - one of them dating back to 2007.
2011 onwards
Steady growth through a difficult climate
The company achieved strong results for highly creditable clients and grew steadily through a period when a lot of contractors did not. Repeat work rather than new logos carried it: Hackett across four countries, Gordon Ramsay Restaurants across three sites, Pravins and Bright Horizons across two each.

SSIP certified and Constructionline registered
JPS is certified under the Safety Schemes in Procurement scheme, reflecting a commitment to health and safety, and registered with Constructionline for public and private sector pre-qualification.
Beyond the mainland
Projects across Europe
Our fit-out work is not restricted to the UK mainland. We have completed projects in Ireland, The Channel Islands, France, Germany and The Netherlands, managing procurement, local trades and compliance from the UK.
The roofing division
A second division, at scale
JPS launched its flat roofing division to offer a complete range of roofing and structural waterproofing solutions for large-scale residential, commercial and industrial projects - including the RAAC roof replacement programme at St David's Shopping Centre in Cardiff, carried out above a fully trading retail centre.
Today
Two divisions, two offices, and the same people answering the phone. The next chapter is probably your project.
