We were introduced to JPS in early 2022 when looking for a small to medium sized contractor to complete a refurbishment of our 1800 sq ft jewellery boutique in Cardiff, South Wales. The project included layout amendments, replacement of a concealed air-conditioning system, installation of a heat curtain, replacement of porcelain tiled floors, installation of a wooden floor and enabling works to permit the installation of specialist joinery. This was a difficult job as much of the boutique needed to remain as existing despite significant amendments to the ceilings and walls. JPS completed the works successfully, to a very high standard and on time. We found them to be reliable, thorough, easy to deal with and highly professional. Unexpected site situations and variations were dealt with swiftly and without fuss.

We have worked closely with JPS since 2007 and regardless of the scale of work their employees have displayed a high level of professionalism, experience, dedication and commitment to quality. Their project team work well to find solutions to problems and always seek to overcome any challenges thrown at them during the course of construction. It has been easy to manage them and we have always developed a team approach to construction with them. As a project manager, I value this type of relationship with a main contractor.

I have worked with Bryan and his team at JPS on a variety of retail projects over the last 15 years, they have always delivered to expectations, they are really easy to communicate with and have been extremely helpful in offering solutions especially when it comes to troubleshooting on site. The team at DRAW look forward to working on more projects in the future with them and would highly recommend them to any of our clients.

I remember the tender very well - it was remarkable, the level of detail and attention you put into it, within such a short timeframe. It was also a very competitive quote, and once all the dust had settled, in hindsight may have been the better option.
