Most retail work happens inside a landlord's building, on a landlord's rules. Restricted delivery windows, out-of-hours working, protected mall finishes and fixed handover dates are the normal condition rather than the exception, so we programme backwards from the trading date and manufacture joinery off site wherever it shortens the on-site period.
A dedicated project manager runs the job from concept through to completion and beyond, which means one number to call and one person who knows the answer.

How the job runs.
Programme from the opening, not the start
The marketing team has usually announced the date before we are appointed. We take that date, work backwards through landlord approvals, mall restrictions and long-lead items, and tell you on day one whether it holds.
Make as much as possible before anyone arrives
Display joinery, vitrines and feature walls are built in the workshop and finished there, so the time on site is fitting rather than making. On a landlord's floor with restricted hours, that is the difference between three weeks and six.
Hand over trading, not snagging
The finishing trades are held to a standard that lets the store open on the date with the shutters up and the lights on - not a punch list the manager inherits with the keys.
