We appoint a dedicated project manager to oversee every aspect of the works, from concept to completion and beyond, so we always meet our own standards and the client always knows who to call.
We plan around the building, not the drawing
Most of our work happens inside someone else's asset while it is trading. Delivery windows, out-of-hours restrictions, protected finishes, fire compartmentation and escape routes shape the programme before the first fixing goes in.
We manufacture what we can off site
Bespoke joinery, display fixtures and fitted cabinetry are made in advance and delivered in sequence. It shortens the period on site, which is the part the client is paying for in lost trade.
We hold the MEP package together
Mechanical, electrical and plumbing is where fit-out programmes usually slip. We manage full MEP packages directly rather than handing off the coordination and hoping it lands.
