Refurbishment of an 1,800 sq ft jewellery boutique, delivered around areas that had to stay exactly as they were.
Pravins asked JPS to refurbish their 1,800 sq ft jewellery boutique in Cardiff. The scope covered layout amendments, replacement of a concealed air-conditioning system, a heat curtain installation, replacement porcelain and new wooden flooring, and enabling works for specialist joinery. The complication was that much of the boutique had to remain untouched despite significant changes to the ceilings and walls around it.
