A neighbourhood restaurant fit-out in a mixed-use building with residential above.
Ealing Broadway sits under residential units, so acoustic separation and extract routing drove the design. The kitchen extract, acoustic floating floor and ceiling build-ups were all resolved before a single finish went in.
