A full restaurant and bar fit-out including commercial kitchen, bar servery and front of house.
The Liverpool site covers the whole envelope - commercial kitchen installation, bar servery, banquette and loose furniture, front-of-house finishes and the full MEP package. Restaurant programmes are unforgiving because the opening date is usually already announced, so the works were sequenced backwards from the launch.
